Microfestival

13th of april 2001, London, The Spitz

Part 1  Part 2

I took these pictures at the Microfestival in London. This was a concert from the music community Micromusic. The light was not very good there for my purposes but with some retouching on my computer they look quite nice now. The concert itself was amazing. Sinusjog from Belgium recorded the event on mini-disc and will, hopefully, make the best songs available online.

Sadly, you do not recognize anything on the photos I took from Psilodomputer's performance. What a shame! Psilo was incredible. He took some photos, too. So be sure to check them out!

First musician was Pippilina from San Francisco. She did a marvellous performance with a Gameboy, a KORG Chaos Pad and a QY 7. The Dead Guys were a demo crew from sweden. Komatrohn (left) and Dr. Doom did the music in the group. Guessed so? ;) They did a mixture of DRUM'n'bass and remixes of classic C-64 tunes.

Here you see Droidboiler operationg his laptop. Lektrogirl had a very good videoclip running on the video projector. But the pictures of her alone are better than those of the clip. During the breaks Revenge rocked the house at the turntables. World premiere! Eisebs (middle) did for the first time the toasting for Party ganze Nacht by Bodenständig 2000.

Bern (left) and Drx from Bodenständig 2000 perform one of their songs (probably Welt voller Wunder). The audience went mad when they played In Rock 16 Bit. Drx and Carl during a break. Lektrogirl listening to one of the artists.
